SkillsForest is a curated skills registry for AI agents. The Service allows users to create, publish, discover, and manage skills that extend the capabilities of AI coding agents.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of skills and content you submit to the Service. By publishing content, you grant SkillsForest a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content through the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and must ensure it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Publish skills that infringe on intellectual property rights of others

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, and underlying technology, is the property of SkillsForest and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillsForest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
